Most problems are quickest to sort out from inside the application. Here is where to go.

## Report a problem from the app

Choose Help → Report a Problem…. You see exactly what will be sent before you send it, and attaching a diagnostics archive is optional and reviewable. This needs a license file, Free or Professional; a copy running as the Viewer should write to us by email instead.

## Follow your cases

Reports you submit appear under Support in your account, where you can read our replies and answer.
